OUR PURPOSE
Transitioning young women, at risk youth, & members of the community into becoming self sufficient, independent, & empowered individuals. Esther's foundation is based upon a 3 point thrust: Education, Empowerment, & Entrepreneurship. EDUCATION is utilized to assist with knowledge of tools and resources in the community, EMPOWERMENT is utilized to heal wounds and re-direct natural internal power, with an emphasis on mental, emotional, and physical Health, giving them strength to move forward, and ENTREPRENEURSHIP is encouraged to assist with independence. Our purpose is to effect positive change in the lives of women and youth on national platform.
ESTHER'S BACKGROUND
The Esther Project Outreach Services is a program affiliate of Blessed Without Limits, Inc, which is a 501 (c)3 public benefit for charitable purposes, founded on February 22, 2010 to assist communities throughout Southern and Northern California and beyond with the development and implementation of Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, and Teen Summits.
Founder, Chair & CEO Lettisse Bell, is credited for the creation of the organization’s platform, the message of " The Power In Changing Your Thoughts, Healing Young Ladies From A Holistic Approach" through resiliency workshops, conferences, & trainings. The name of the program, the Esther Project Services AKA The Esther Project Outreach Services, signifies Identity & Purpose, which is the true nature of the organization's existence. The story of Esther exemplifies metamorphosis and change, this change or metamorphosis is an key ingredient in order to reach one's maximum potential which is to embrace true Identity and to attain one's God given Purpose.
Although we are a Public Benefit corporation for Charitable purposes (NOT A RELIGIOUS ENTITY), we believe in true fellowship, brotherhood, and sisterhood by illustrating love and support through charity to members of our community and abroad. We advocate Charity, Health, Support, & Education in order to eradicate poverty and abuse of all forms (mentally, emotionally, physically). We utilize the power of knowledge distribution to assist the lost, forgotten, and those who need to experience a metamorphosis in order to reach their desired goal in this life.
